Appendix 3.3: Examination Form

See the explanation in section 3 of the PEM. This form is intended for any instance where the table of criteria and grades that the PEM includes is insufficient for listing the criteria and recording the examinations in proper detail. The example below is for examination of a data dictionary and the information in the form is, of course, itself only an example.
