MethodRFPMethodRFP is an easy-to-use "working environment" for the management of the RFP (Tender) phase of a project. It utilizes the Windows and Office installed on the user's workstation, without recourse to any other software tools. MethodRFP is a "smart filing cabinet" containing clearly defined locations for all RFP documentation including: intermediate and final deliverables, and management documents such as: work plan, spreadsheets, task list, minutes, correspondence, etc. This "filing cabinet" organizes and guides the RFP process. In addition, it is fully linked to the MethodA knowledge base and tools on the Web, and supports on-line access to all of the knowledge and work templates, both in the RFP kit and other relevant MethodA kits. To install MethodRFP, all you must do is download an OCX program which creates a two-way link between MethodA and the user's desktop. This program then identifies the precise version of Windows and Office installed, customizing itself accordingly. This OCX is Verisign approved.
